Creative Kids Child Development Center

This center, situated in Carlton's hometown of Cross, SC, addresses a significant gap in the rural community of Berkeley County. Established in memory of Carlton, the center, led by his sister Nicole, now hosts 48 children and has been a vital asset to the community.
